  • Get balance in your life. Eat a variety of foods and get enough physical activity to burn what you eat.
  • Know your blood pressure and do all you can to keep it in check.
  • Go for food with less saturated fat like new Kentucky Grilled Chicken.

MC Lyte

  • Find a partner to exercise with, even if it's just walking. Support makes it easier to keep it going.
  • When you can, choose foods that are grilled, baked or roasted and cut back on sauces and cheese toppings. Kentucky Grilled Chicken is one of my favorites.
  • Eat foods you enjoy but try cutting down on portion size.
